- Stenographer: Graduate + Steno + Typing + 3 Yrs. Exp.
- Translator: Graduate (with Hindi and English).
- Translator (Urdu): Graduate + must have studied Urdu in matriculation.
- Translator (Punjabi): Graduate + must have studied Punjabi in matriculation.
- Assistant Programmer: B.E./ B.Tech in Computers / IT OR B.Sc./ B.A./ B.com with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application or IT + 2 Yrs. Exp. OR Matriculation with 3 years Diploma in Computers.
- Clerk/ Proof Reader: Graduate + Typing.
- Driver: 10th Pass + Driving Licence + 3 Yrs. Exp.
- Safai Karmachari: 10th Pass.
- Mali: 10th Pass + Diploma in Gardening/ Horticulture + 3 Yrs. Exp.
