Www.cial.aero Recruitment 2024 Notification – Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL), among India’s top ten busiest airports, is gearing up for rapid expansion. In line with its ambitious growth trajectory, CIAL invites applications for General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager, & Junior Manager Trainee positions, totaling 9 openings. Candidates with qualifications such as B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, MBA, PgD, or LLB are eligible to apply. CIAL Educational Qualification:

• Junior Manager Trainee (HR):
  • A Master’s degree or Diploma in HR/Personnel Management with at least 60% marks from a recognized university.
  • Graduation in Law (LLB) would be a plus.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Malayalam.

• Junior Manager Trainee – Public Relations & Corporate Communication:
  • A postgraduate degree in Journalism & Communication with at least 60% marks from a recognized university, or
  • A postgraduate degree with a PG Diploma in Journalism/Advertising & Public Relations from a reputable institute with 60% marks, or
  • Any professional degree with a PG Diploma in Journalism/Advertising & Public Relations from a recognized institute with 60% marks.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam are a must.

• Junior Manager Trainee – (CA/ICMA):
  • Candidates with CA/ICMA qualifications are welcome.

• General Manager – Aero (Commercial & Marketing):
  • An MBA/Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing/International Business/Finance with at least 50% marks from a reputed university.
  • A degree/Diploma in Business Law/Mercantile Law would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Malayalam would be an advantage.

• General Manager/Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager:
  • If you’re already working within the company and you meet the educational requirements, you can have up to two extra years of age and managerial experience for these positions.

• Junior Manager Trainee:
  • If you’ve been displaced because your land/house was acquired for the Cochin International Airport project or if you’re already working within the company and meet the educational requirements, you may get relaxation in age limit, required percentage of marks, etc., as per the company’s approved guidelines.
