• Candidates will be selected based on their performance in a written exam organized by Employment Exchanges and Technical Training Institute, HAL BC, held in Bangalore. Travel allowances will not be provided for appearing in the exam.
• If there are more candidates meeting the required percentage of marks, the Company reserves the right to set a cut-off percentage based on marks obtained in the qualifying exam (Diploma in Engineering or ITI with NAC/NCTVT). The cut-off percentage for UR/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates will be at least 60%, and for SC/ST/PWBD candidates, it will be at least 50%.
• Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the date, time, and venue of the written exam through email or the HAL website. Admit cards must be downloaded from the HAL website.
• The written exam will last two and a half hours and will consist of three parts with multiple-choice questions. Part-I covers General Awareness (20 questions), Part-II covers English and Reasoning (40 questions), and Part-III covers the concerned discipline/trade (100 questions).
