• Age limit as on: 01-08-2023
• Trade- Personal Assistant/ Recovery Vehicle Mechanic/ Draughtsman: 18 to 25 Years
• Trade- Religious Teacher/ Electrical & Mechanical: 18 to 30 Years
• Trade- Lineman Field/ Bridge & Road/ Plumber/ X-Ray Assistant: 18 to 23 Years
• Trade- Surveyor ITI: 20 to 28 Years
• Age relaxation will be given as per government rules.

Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023 – Educational Qualification

• Trade- Personal Assistant: Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent + Skill Test Norms on Computer: (i) Dictation- 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute (ii) Transcription Time- 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer.
• Trade- Religious Teacher: Graduation with Madhyama in sanakrit or Bhusan in Hindi.
• Trade- Lineman Field: 10th class passes from a recognized Board with an Industrial Training Institute certificate in Electrician trade from a recognized Institute.
• Trade- Recovery Vehicle Mechanic: 10th class pass and Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate in Recovery Vehicle Mechanic or Recovery Vehicle Operator from a recognized Board or University.
• Trade- Bridge & Road: Matric or equivalent from a recognized Board + Diploma in civil engineering.
• Trade- Electrical & Mechanical: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Trade- Draughtsman: 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board and three years diploma in Architectural Assistantship.
• Trade- Plumber: 10th class pass from a recognized board with an Industrial Training Institute certificate in Plumber trade.
• Trade- Surveyor ITI: 10th class pass from a recognized Board and Industrial Training Institute certificate in Surveyor trade.
• Trade- X-Ray Assistant: 10+2 pass with a diploma in Radiology.
