• Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks.

Ground Duty (Technical) Branch:

• Finished 12th with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics.
• Possess a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) with at least 60% marks.

Ground Duty (Non-Technical) Branch:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a UGC recognised university.

• Online Written Exam:
  • Type of Questions: Multiple-choice (you choose the correct answer)
  • Number of Questions: 100
  • Maximum Marks: 300
  • Subjects: General Awareness, English Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, and Military Aptitude Test
  • Scoring: You get +3 marks for each right answer and lose -1 mark for every wrong answer.

• AFSB Testing:
  • Stage I: Intelligence Test and Picture Perception & Discussion Test on the first day.
  • Stage II: Psychological test on Day 1 (Evening), followed by Group Tests and Interviews over the next five days.
  • For Flying Branch: Candidates recommended from the above tests will undergo a Computerised Pilot Selection System (CPSS) test.

• Final Merit List:
  • Your name will be in the merit list based on your total marks in the written exam and AFSB tests.

• Medical Examination:
  • Candidates who make it through the above stages will undergo a medical examination.
