Educational Qualification
Social Security Assistant (SSA): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university. And, a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on a computer.
Stenographer: 12th class pass from a recognized Board + Skill Test norms. Dictation: Ten minutes at the rate of eighty words per minute. Transcription: Fifty minutes (English) / Sixty-five minutes (Hindi). (Only on the computer).
